One way to embrace this time of year is by crafting an adorable fall pumpkin wreath. What makes this DIY project even more exciting? It all begins with a humble Dollar Tree pizza pan.
In this creative adventure, I will guide you through the steps to transform an ordinary pizza pan into a beautiful and budget-friendly fall pumpkin wreath. This DIY project was quick, cheap, and super easy to make.

Materials you’ll need:
- Dollar Tree pizza pan (you can choose the size and style you prefer).
- Glitter Gold Vinyl
- Wood Bead Pumpkin (also available at Dollar Tree).
- Orange and Cream colored Sunflowers
- Floral wire or hot glue gun and glue sticks.
- Twine or ribbon for hanging.
- Wood Beads
- Burlap and Orange Polka Dot Ribbon
Instructions:
Measure the Vinyl
Take the vinyl and spread it across the pizza pan to measure how much you need to cut. I also had a round sign that was the exact measurement as the center of the pizza pan. This was used to cut out an accurate measurement to fit the center.
Cut the Vinyl
Cut out the vinyl and remove the backing. Now place it in the center of the pizza pan. Be sure to smooth it out as it may form bubbles. Don’t worry about any imperfections as those can be covered up with your embellishments.
Attach the Pumpkin:
Adhere the wood bead pumpkin to the center of the pan using hot glue. Be sure to hold the pumpkin in place for a few seconds to be sure it is secure.
Create the Bow
It’s time to make our 5 inch bow. Cut each ribbon into 10 inch strips. I cut 4 pieces of burlap and orange polka dot ribbon, which totaled to 8 pieces of ribbon. Use twine to wrap around the center.
Arrange ribbon in a criss cross pattern of every other ribbon. Pinch ribbon together in the middle and wrap with wired jute cord. Cut a dove tail on each ribbon, this makes your bow look so cute.
Decorate the Wreath:
Now, you can get creative with additional decorations. Hot glue the bow to the upper left hand side of the pizza pan. To cover up the imperfections of your vinyl cut, hot glue the wood beads around the border of it.
For an extra pop of color I added orange and cream colored sunflowers to the lower right side of the pan. Use hot glue to secure these decorations in place.
Add a Hanging Mechanism:
To hang your wreath, attach a piece of twine or ribbon to the back of the pizza pan. Make sure it’s secure enough to hold the wreath’s weight.
Final Touches:
Double-check all the attachments and decorations to ensure they are secure.
Hang your Dollar Tree pizza pan pumpkin wreath on your door or wherever you’d like to display it.
