Cute and Cheap DIY Dollar Tree Easter Wreath

Making this wreath for Easter was so easy and so much fun. All the products needed came from the Dollar Tree except for a few of the ribbons that came from Hobby Lobby. However, you could totally make this with all Dollar Tree ribbon!

When shopping for Easter decorations this year, I decided to DIY my front door wreath as a way to save money, and to personalize my very own wreath. My 10 year old daughter actually helped me pick out this particular Easter sign as we both thought it was so cute.

Adding the carrots and cute handmade bow makes this Dollar Tree DIY Easter Wreath look like something you picked up from your local craft store!

Here Are The Supplies You Will Need:

    • 9 packs of Carrots – Dollar Tree
    • Round Wreath Form – Dollar Tree
    • 2 in Burlap Ribbon – Hobby Lobby
    • High Heat Hot Glue Gun
    • 2.5 in Carrot Patch Ribbon – Dollar Tree
    • 1.5 in Orange Polka Dot Ribbon – Hobby Lobby
    • 5/8 in Turquoise Ribbon – Dollar Tree
    • 1.5 in Green Ribbon – Hobby Lobby
    • Wired Jute Cord – Dollar Tree

How To Make a Carrot Patch Easter Wreath

Step 1: Wrap your wreath with 2 inch burlap ribbon. Hot glue at the end. For a more secure hold you can use E6000 glue.

Step 2: Hot glue Carrot Patch Easter sign to burlap, and then begin gluing the carrots around the entire wreath.

Step 3: It’s time to make our 5 inch bow. Cut each ribbon into 10 inch strips. I cut 2 pieces for each ribbon, which totaled to 8 pieces of ribbon. Cut one additional piece to wrap around the middle.

Step 4: Arrange ribbon in a criss cross pattern of every other ribbon. Pinch ribbon together in the middle and wrap with wired jute cord. Hot glue 1 ribbon of your color choice around the center. I chose to do the turquoise ribbon. Cut a dove tail on each ribbon, this makes your bow look so cute.
